Mauro Mark Nazareno Fanelli is a solo developer, trader, and musician from Fairfield, Connecticut, with Calabrian and Neapolitan roots. He builds and runs his entire stack himself: the WECFM Orchestrator (his prediction-market trading system), LeakSnipe (poker analytics born from his earlier Chroma Poker), the UVIX interoperability protocol, and a self-hosted network spanning Tailscale, Cloudflare, and local AI inference on his own machines — including a 23-agent specialist fleet and a cross-model court of AI agents that share one memory and audit each other's work. He trades BTC short-window prediction markets manually by choice, plays poker on CoinPoker, and is currently anchoring his agents' rules and code hashes to Solana so their behavior is provable on-chain.
